Francis holds a bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and a Diploma in Insurance from the College of Insurance.
With over 8 years of experience in the insurance industry, Francis has worked for various insurance companies, specializing in Insurance Underwriting, Claims Management, and Marketing. He serves as an Executive Council Member at the Insurance Institute of Kenya, contributing to shaping industry policies and standards.
